Gates Group Logo Laurence designed before the word "Consulting" was added to main logo image. The LLC was dropped from the main logo but 2nd version with LLC was made for new logo legal files.

Challenges and Results
Gates Group LLC is an executive leadership coaching company. This was a brand where Laurence designed a new iconic style logo mark which gave the company a bold and strong appeal in the business leadership coaching industry. Laurence created and produced the logo independently as Brand Design Director.
After a few years, as the company grew. In 2026 the owner, Laura Gates, decided to add the word "Consulting" to the main logo image. So, Laurence took the original design he had done and revised the logo to reflect this change. The horizontal new version of the logo was the one chosen to be placed on the company’s website. The LLC was dropped from the main logo but duplicate 2nd versions with LLC were made for any legal file application.
